About me
In 2015, Heidi Heeremans and her husband Luke made the decision to open 4069 Real Estate in Kenmore. Having previously worked in childcare for 10 fulfilling years and forging great relationships with families within our community, Heidi took the opportunity to make a change and pursue a career that was more aligned with her passion for architecture and interior design.
As a key support to Luke and the team as a whole, Heidi works across many facets of the business including marketing and promotions, accounts and office management. Her ability to keep highly organised together with a meticulous attention to detail ensures the smooth running of the agency and that the most efficient operational processes are maintained.
Heidi also uses the knowledge she has learned through her studies in interior design to assist the sales team in providing the most comprehensive and valuable service possible. The presentation of a home is paramount when looking to achieve the highest selling price, and with Heidi’s creative input, 4069 offers a design consultancy service to our many clients looking to sell their home.
Now a doting mother to two young children, Heidi loves spending as much time as possible with her family and has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of Australia and our coastal lifestyle. Like Luke, one of her ultimate dreams is to completely restore their VW Kombi and take their children on short trips to explore our wonderful country.
