Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  2. Competition Period
    The competition commences on the date it is first promoted and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st July 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter
    To enter the competition, participants must follow the instructions provided on the competition entry page. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  4. Prize Details
    One (1) winner will receive a $400 Red Balloon Voucher. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on or before 4th August 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

  6. Unclaimed Prize
    If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, a redraw may take place at the promoter’s discretion.

  7. Use of Personal Information
    By entering this competition, entrants agree that their personal data may be collected and stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for marketing purposes. Your information will not be sold or shared with any third party.

  8. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical error, or failure of any kind related to the entry process or prize distribution.

  9. General
    The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
